RESTRICTIONS

POLICY OF CHARGES FOR CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

  • Penalty applies if they cancel after 72 hours from the date of entry to the hotel, penalty per passenger: First night of accommodation.
  • In case of requesting a change of date, it will be quoted at the normal rate.
  • Cancellations and refunds must be requested in writing and signed by the reservation holder.
  • Refunds will be authorized and paid after the departure date based on the booking.
  • All charges apply per person.
  • If the payment was made by credit or debit card, 5% of the total to be reimbursed will be deducted (for brokerage charges).
  • The refund request has a deadline of 11 months from the date of partial or total cancellation of the reservation.
