RESTRICTIONS
POLICY OF CHARGES FOR CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
- Penalty applies if they cancel after 72 hours from the date of entry to the hotel, penalty per passenger: First night of accommodation.
- In case of requesting a change of date, it will be quoted at the normal rate.
- Cancellations and refunds must be requested in writing and signed by the reservation holder.
- Refunds will be authorized and paid after the departure date based on the booking.
- All charges apply per person.
- If the payment was made by credit or debit card, 5% of the total to be reimbursed will be deducted (for brokerage charges).
- The refund request has a deadline of 11 months from the date of partial or total cancellation of the reservation.
POLICY FOR RATE DIFFERENCES
Rate differences will not be charged, as long as the following parameters are met:
- The travel dates maintain the same season of initial use (High, medium or low, Sunday to Thursday or weekend)
- The same number of nights and initial passengers is maintained.
- The travel date maintains the same cycle of days of the week (Example: Sunday to Thursday)
Does not include:
- Late check out
- SPA Treatments -Visits
- Drinks
- Other foods
- Taxi service
- Fast pass
- Food for minors
