Some of our rooms include air conditioning. You can easily identify them because their name includes \u201cwith AC\u201d when booking.

\u2013 Family Room with Pool View and AC

2. <\/strong>What kind of entertainment do you offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Live music every Friday and Saturday starting at 8:00\u202fpm.
\u2013 Clown show for kids every Saturday at 5:00\u202fpm, with games, balloons, and lots of fun. (High Season)
\u2013 Horse show on Saturdays at 4:00\u202fpm (only during high season).
\u2013 We also offer giant board games for the whole family to enjoy.
\u2013 If you’re looking for something different, we also offer tours at an extra cost, such as vineyard visits, horseback riding, ATV rides, and more.<\/p>\n

3. <\/strong>Do you have accessibility for people with disabilities?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have a room specially designed to offer greater comfort and accessibility for guests with reduced mobility.
It\u2019s a new option in our facilities and is equipped with features that make your stay more comfortable.

Yes, our indoor pool is heated year-round and also features a jacuzzi, perfect to enjoy regardless of the season.<\/p>\n

Bringing food or drinks into standard rooms or common areas such as pools or restaurants is not allowed.
However, if you book a Villa or a Junior Suite, you may bring your own food and beverages for added convenience during your stay.<\/p>\n

Yes, we offer free WiFi in various areas of the hotel: lobby, restaurant, bar, main pool, and indoor pool.
There is also coverage in all Hotel section rooms and in the Villas.<\/p>\n

Yes, we have a team available to assist you with your luggage to your room.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re located front to the sea, but we do not have direct beach access.
Still, you\u2019ll enjoy spectacular views and the ocean breeze throughout your stay.<\/p>\n

Late check-out is subject to availability, with a maximum extension until 12:00\u202fpm.<\/p>\n

17. How do I get a Fast Pass?<\/strong>
\nFast Pass (FastLane) is a special single-use pass that allows tourists quicker access back into the U.S. through the San Ysidro border crossing only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
