1. Do you have Air Conditioning?
Some of our rooms include air conditioning. You can easily identify them because their name includes “with AC” when booking.
For example:

– One-Bedroom Villa with Patio and AC
– Family Room with Pool View and AC
We recommend checking the full room name before finalizing your reservation.
2. What kind of entertainment do you offer?
– Live music every Friday and Saturday starting at 8:00 pm.
– Clown show for kids every Saturday at 5:00 pm, with games, balloons, and lots of fun. (High Season)
– Horse show on Saturdays at 4:00 pm (only during high season).
– We also offer giant board games for the whole family to enjoy.
– If you’re looking for something different, we also offer tours at an extra cost, such as vineyard visits, horseback riding, ATV rides, and more.
3. Do you have accessibility for people with disabilities?
We have a room specially designed to offer greater comfort and accessibility for guests with reduced mobility.
It’s a new option in our facilities and is equipped with features that make your stay more comfortable.

4. Are pets allowed?
We do not accept pets.
5. Is the indoor pool heater?
Yes, our indoor pool is heated year-round and also features a jacuzzi, perfect to enjoy regardless of the season.
6. Can I bring food and drinks to my room?
Bringing food or drinks into standard rooms or common areas such as pools or restaurants is not allowed.
However, if you book a Villa or a Junior Suite, you may bring your own food and beverages for added convenience during your stay.
7.Do you have WiFi?
Yes, we offer free WiFi in various areas of the hotel: lobby, restaurant, bar, main pool, and indoor pool.
There is also coverage in all Hotel section rooms and in the Villas.
8. Do you have staff to help with luggage?
Yes, we have a team available to assist you with your luggage to your room.
9.Do you have an elevator?
We do not have an elevator.
If you prefer a ground-floor room, we’ll gladly help assign one when you make your reservation (subject to availability).
10. Do you offer transportation service?
Yes, we offer transportation service at an additional cost and with prior reservation.
We can assist with transfers to the airport, the U.S. border, and other nearby points of interest
11. Do you offer tours?
Yes, we offer a variety of tours at an additional cost.
Options include vineyard visits, horseback riding, ATV tours, scuba diving, boat rides, helicopter tours, and more.

12. Do you have a Spa?
Yes, we offer spa services daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, do your reservation.

13. Do you offer Romantic Dinners for and Anniversary or Proposals?
Yes, we offer customized romantic dinners for special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, or proposals.

14. What are the restaurant’s hours?
Our restaurant is open daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
15.Do you have a beach?
We’re located front to the sea, but we do not have direct beach access.
Still, you’ll enjoy spectacular views and the ocean breeze throughout your stay.
16. Do you offer a late check-out?
Late check-out is subject to availability, with a maximum extension until 12:00 pm.
17. How do I get a Fast Pass?
Fast Pass (FastLane) is a special single-use pass that allows tourists quicker access back into the U.S. through the San Ysidro border crossing only.
- Available exclusively for overnight guests, request it at our Front Desk.
- Limited to 1 pass per room per stay.
- Only valid for vehicles with S. or Canadian license plates (not valid for motorcycles, trailers, or vehicles without plates).
- Subject to availability and a recovery fee applies.
- The program is managed by a third party (City Hall of Tijuana), so Puerto Nuevo Baja Hotel & Villas cannot guarantee availability.
- Otay border crossing does NOT have a Fast Pass lane
