1. Do you have air conditioning?

Only the Deluxe Villas in the golden section, first floor with 1 and 2 bedrooms.

2. What entertainment do you offer?

We have music every Friday and Saturday starting at 8:00 pm. Giant board games, in addition, we have different tours such as vineyards, horseback riding, ATVs, among others.

3. Do you have service for HANDICAP?

We don’t have special accesses for disabled people at the moment.

4. Are pets allowed?

Pets are not accepted.

5. Is the water in the indoor pool warm?

The indoor pool also has a Jacuzzi, the water in this pool is heated all year round.

6. Can I bring food and drinks to my room?

It’s not allowed to introduce food and drinks in rooms, the main pool, indoor pool, or any other consumption center.

It will only be allowed in case of booking in the villas area.

7.Do you have Wifi?

Yes, the access points are: lobby, bar, restaurant, main pool and indoor pool.

8. Do you have staff to help us with our luggage?

Yes, we have a team to help you with your luggage to your room.

9.Do you have an elevator?

We do not have an elevator.

10. Do you have transportation service?

Yes, we have this service upon reservation, to the airport, border with the United States, among others. (This service has an additional cost).

11. Do you have tours?

Yes, we have tours to the vineyards, on horseback, on motorcycles, diving tours, helicopters, boats, etc.

12. Do you have a SPA?

Yes, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every day of the week (Previous reservation).

13. Do you have Romantic Marriage Proposal and Anniversary Dinners?

Yes, we have this service to perform any day of the week (Previous reservation).

14. What are the restaurant’s hours?

From 9:00am to 9:00pm.

15.Do you have beaches?

The hotel is located on the seashore, but it does not have a beach.

16. Do you have a late check-out?

Depending on the date and availability with an additional charge.
