RESTRICTIONS
POLICY OF CHARGES FOR CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
- Penalty applies if you cancel after 72 hours of the date of arrival at the hotel, penalty: First night of accommodation.
- If a date change is requested, the normal rate will be quoted.
- Cancellations must be requested in writing and signed by the reservation holder.
- Non-refundable rate, date change only applies up to 6 months from the original reservation date. It is necessary to call 3 days before your check in to change the date.
- No refunds will be given for early departures, only future credit.
POLICY FOR RATE DIFFERENCES
Rate differences will not be charged, as long as the following parameters are met:
- The travel dates maintain the same season of initial use (High, medium or low, Sunday to Thursday or weekend)
- The same number of nights and initial passengers is maintained.
- The travel date maintains the same cycle of days of the week (Example: Sunday to Thursday)
Does not include:
- Late check out
- SPA Treatments -Visits
- Drinks
- Other foods
- Taxi service
- Fast pass
- Food for minors
